2nd shift 3:30pm - 11:30pm and 3rd shift 11:30pm - 7:30am


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Resolve operational, customer service and/or employee problems under direction 
  • Operate all call center equipment and peripheral equipment under supervision 
  • Resolve operational and customer service issues as part of a team 
  • Interact with external and internal customers via telephone, email and in person independently and promote a positive customer service atmosphere

 

Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Self-motivated problem solver

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

• 20 wpm net typing speed • Successful completion of training course (minimum 80% accuracy)

• Successful completion of 4 week on the job training for position

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
